Pigeon Hill Brewing Co
Michigan has approved their request for a micro brewer license. Licensing at the Federal level is going well, and they expect it will be complete soon. Although they have encountered some issues with build-out (as will happen when renovating an old building) they hope that work will be commencing early next month, just in time for the equipment to arrive. There are still hurdles and they do not have an exact ETA on when it will open, but things are progressing well for Pigeon Hill Brewing Company.
B.o.b’s brewery new beer on tap
B.O.B’s brewery just added a new beer on tap: It is an imperial stout aged in a bourbon barrel, giving it a smooth, slightly sweet, and slightly oaky flavor.
