Nicole and Ben Hunderman, owners of Twisted Tap Sugar Shack saw the potential of Wise Men Distillery and have purchased it with plans to reopen both locations this spring as Twisted Tap Distillery! This should be an interesting collaboration with the distillery incorporating maple syrup in cocktails and developing new drinks while continuing to make the original products with the original head distiller on board.
